关于三十个小时

饥饿三十倒数活动



“ 为孩子打造无穷的世界 ”




 来自美门的演出

2010 饥饿三十营圆满结束

从八点起,我开始倒数三十个小时。


第五个小时- 有点朦胧的感觉
第六个小时- 做实验时,手感到乏力,有点累
第七个小时- 血糖回复正常
第八个小时- 工作关系,得喝咖啡。咖啡因加快胃液分泌,更饿了
第九个小时- 脾气开始不行了,好想找个人来骂
第十个小时- 体力下降,小睡
第十二个小时- 继续躺在床上。完电动时,注意力有点不能集中
第十五个小时-睡觉
第二十二个小时- 起程去吉隆坡。精神好多了,经过一大睡
第二十四个小时- 睏了,再睡觉
第二十六个小时- 到处走走,眼睛朦朦的
第二十九个小时- 头开始痛了
第三十个小时- 解饥

后记:

这是第一次工作时饥饿,不好受。

营养对于身体的基本操作真的很重要,很难想像某地区人民,食物不够,还得做苦工。
每天浪费食物的,可曾想过?
每天看小营养学的,可曾想过?

对于食物,个人认为,足够就好,才不浪费。

导致食物不够的原因很多:土地不肥沃;贫穷;缺乏耕种知识与科技;大量地为饲养家禽,牛,羊等导致土地贫乏;大量食物为饲养家禽,牛,羊等,导致供人的食粮缺。。。除外,也间接影响大自然

人可是杂食动物,偏偏要把自己变成肉食,搞到疾病缠身,也搞乱了大自然。。。。。。

Pork knuckle with vineger | 猪手醋

thank you to the pork supplier as he supply the recipe too

ingredients we have pork knuckle- cut in pieces (not using back leg because is because too much of fat ), half bowl of black bean, ginger 400g, black vinegar one bottle (720ml), water 340ml ( half of the vinegar volume), brown sugar in piece

选用的材料有猪手-切块(不爱猪脚因肥肉多)一只,黑豆半碗姜400g黑醋一枝(720ml)水340ml (醋量的一半),片糖

fry the black bean (dry pan) until the skin break off like the following photo
将黑豆干炒至皮裂开,像以下照片


remove the skin of ginger, cut in pieces then smash the ginger with the flat part of your knife
把姜削皮,切小块,用刀拍一拍

fry in dry pan to removed the exess moisture of the ginger
将姜炒至干身

then add in pork knuckle, fry to remove the excess moisture too 
加进猪手,再炒至干身

after that, remove the knuckle and ginger to a pot, add in vinegar and black bean, boil for 20 minutes 
将猪手和姜放进煲里,倒入醋和黑豆,滚煮二十分钟

after 20 minutes add in water, boil for another 30  minutes or until meat is tender
二十分钟后,加水,再煮三十分钟或以上,当肉已软了就可以


finally add sugar as desired (coconut sugar can be use too)
最后,放片糖调味(也可用椰糖)



P/S remember to blanch the pork knuckle before cook

Seed of common sterculia| 凤眼果

I love have this since small, it's texture like chestnut, carbo food always give you the nice sweetness, colour like egg yolk, and it wearing lot of cloths too.

usually will cooked with salt water, and eat. Did you try it before? I've wonder what is it, crawling on the web and found out that the seed is used to make soup with chicken which good for the stomach. Besides that, it also used as tranditional medicine to certain sickness. It able to help in reduce body heat and kill paracites in stomach too. The hull also use as natural remedies too.


一直爱吃这凤眼果,味道甜甜的,吃起来,口感像粟子,肉的眼色像蛋黄,它有多层皮。

家的吃法都是盐水煮,熟了就吃。不知道你们吃过没。网络一寻,原来是用来煲鸡汤的,是胃的调养食疗。除此之外,还有药用的功能。性属温,甘,有助与消热气,温胃,杀虫。其壳也有药用。

凤眼果又称苹婆果,九层皮,罗晃子,潘安果,七姐果,富贵子
