Tea Egg | 茶叶蛋

今日我要煮茶叶蛋


ingredients
Herbal Egg mix, water, light soy sauce, black soy sauce

茶叶蛋配料,水,红枣,黑酱油,酱清,盐


Procedures | 步

1. get something like this. It's like instant pack, herbs and seasoning inside a paper pack.
买包茶叶蛋配料,里面的纸沙袋包有药材和调味料


2. make some hard boiled egg (10s here), then crack the shell.
先把蛋煮熟,然后把蛋壳敲裂


 3. cover the eggs with water, add in the herbal bag, and some red date (optional), one spoon of black soy sauce, light soy sauce (as desire), salt (as desire)
倒水进锅,盖过蛋,加些红枣,一匙黑酱油,还有酱清(依个人口味),盐(依个人口味)


4. Bring it to boil then turn into small heat and cook for 2 to 3 hours. 
当水滚了,转小火,煮两至三小时。



After that, its ready to serve.
两至三小时小时后,就可吃了

Ginger basil egg soup |

Home remedy for my stomach gas.
One egg, some basil, 3 slides of old ginger (smash and small cut), rice wine
1. add some olive oil to pan, heat. Saute ginger and basil, then put in egg
2. When the egg cooked, add bowl of water and boil for 15 minutes.
3. Add in one tablespoon of white wine and cook for another two minutes.
4. Serve it warm and eat the ginger too.

Fruity cereal | 水果穀


Start the day with fruity breakfast, awake your colon and fresh your mind

ingredient
natural yogurt (no sugar added), mango or any other fruit you like, granola, honey

1. just diced the fruit
2. then add honey to the yogurt (as desire)
3. pour yogurt over fruit and put granola. You can eat now


清爽的早餐,吃了,好便便

原味酸奶(無糖),芒果或其它, 格兰诺拉麦片,蜜糖

1。水果切粒
2。原味酸奶加蜜糖 (依個人口味)
3。倒酸奶在水果上,再加格兰诺拉麦片。來個清爽的早餐

Chicken Chop with Mushroom Gravy | 蘑菇醬雞扒


Chicken Chop

ingredient
large drumstick (boneless), salt

1. sprinkle some salt on both side of the chicken, then leave it for 2 hours.
2. add some oil to the pan, and heat it. 
3. place the chicken into the pan with the skin face down
4. when it the skin turn golden brown, turn it over.
5. when it's slightly golden brown/ cook, it's done


Mushroom Gravy

ingredient
5 cups of chicken stock/ vegetable stock, 1 box of fresh button mushroom ( about 225g)

1. bring the stock to boil, then add in slide mushroom
2. medium heat, cook it for about 1 hour
3. mix 2 teaspoon of starch with cool water
4. add to the gravy then bring to boil again for 5 - 10 minutes
5. add some pepper and salt for seasoning
6. now you can serve for the chop


雞扒

大雞腿 (去骨),鹽

1。雞腿撒些鹽,腌兩个小時
2。平地鍋加些油,加熱
3。把雞扒放進鍋,皮向下
4。煎到金黃色,反過來,煎另一面
5。煎到稍微金黃色即可


蘑菇醬

5 杯上湯 (肉或素),鮮蘑菇1盒(大概225克)

1。將蘑菇切片,放進沸騰的上湯裏。
2。中火煮1個小時
3。然后,2茶匙署粉,勾芡
4。再煮5到10分鐘
5。加鹽和胡椒調味,即可。
6。把醬倒在雞扒,可上桌

Pesto pasta with lot of mushroom and cherry tomatoes, tops with leeks. Pesto here isn't using the fresh herbs, thus the colour look dull. The taste is great for mushroom lover, besides the strong herbs, you can taste the full flavour of shitake fresh mushroom. If you do not like the mushroom taste, you may choose chicken or fish for the pasto spaghetti dish, or even plain pesto. 

好多冬菇和小番茄的香蒜醬意粉,還有大蒜。這裡的香蒜醬不是採用新鮮的香料,所以顔色不青。愛香菇的人,這因該適合,滿滿的鮮香菇味。如你不愛菇的味道,你選其它材料,雞或魚,只要香蒜醬也行。


Mozzarella White Sauce Chicken RM 34.00

While ordering , I though it was just white sauce grilled chicken, the fact is white sauce grilled chicken with spaghetti and sausage. Cheesy and buttery flavour, good enough.

Tiramisu, if menu have it, I must try. The lady finger is not moist like regular tiramisu. Personal preference-more coffee and liquor.

提拉米蘇,我最愛的芝士甜品。這得酒和咖啡的用量沒有很多。我較喜歡濃咖啡多點,酒多點。

Stir-fried Tomato Egg | 番茄炒蛋


ingredient

3 eggs, 2 medium tomatoes, pepper, light soya sauce, chives, salt

1. cut tomato in 8 slides, then sprinkle some salt. Leave it for 2 hours so to remove some moisture. If can, stand for longer hours
2. whisk the egg lightly, then add in light soya sauce and some pepper
3. pour some cooking oil into the pan, heat it
4. saute the tomato first. after that, pour in eggs
5. stir fried tomato & eggs until egg is cooked
6. garnish with chopped chives



3 蛋,2 番茄,胡椒粉,醬清,青蔥, 鹽

1。把番茄分成八份,撒些鹽,待兩個小時,去水分。如果可以,時間長些會更好。
2。 把蛋稍微打攪,加入適量的醬清和胡椒粉
3。鍋加油,加熱
4。先把番茄炒一炒,然後加入蛋
5。炒到蛋熟了,香了,就可
6。撒上青蔥,上桌

pesto sauce tagliatelle, ingredients are baby potato, french beans, cheery tomato, top with parmesan cheese and pine nuts.  I quite like this dish for its fresh basil and pine nuts. Pine nuts give a pretty strong nutty flavour.

青醬意粉, 裏有馬鈴薯,豆角,小番茄,帕馬森乾酪和松子。松子的味道很香,蠻喜歡的,還有新鮮的九層塔。


White Chicken Stew RM 29.90
白醬燜雞

Whole chicken thigh stew with white sauce and baby potatoes, broccoli and carrot as side dishes. Creamy white sauce, with strong buttery taste.

白醬馬鈴薯燜煮全雞腿,有椰花菜和蘿蔔作。很濃郁的奶油醬料。


Mascarphone Tart RM 11.50
马斯卡彭芝士塔

From the picture, you can see that Marscarphone cheese on top of chocolate tart, serve with orange salad. I like the combination very much. The chocolate tart is not too sweet, go well with the mild mascarphone cheese. I like most of the chocolate dessert.

從照片上,是個巧克力塔底,加马斯卡彭芝士,配香橙沙律。配搭不錯,巧克力不太甜,淡淡的芝士味,不太膩。本人特喜歡巧克力甜品。
