Mascarpone with espresso and liquor soaked sponge fingers served in an almond tuille dusted with chocolatepowder. I think it's prepared upon order as lady fingers still crispy when served. It's half soak with liquor mixture. Tiramisu here is severed in an tuile, and the tuille is sweet and crispy.
