开心,伤心海外华文书市。Happy@Sad bookFest Malaysia 2009


今日是书展的最后一天,我终于忍不住去血拼!

去的路途上,前面的车不懂撞到什么,有血溅到K的车镜,恶心。。。该去买彩票,买“血”。哈哈!

进入展览厅,有点失望,书都比以往少了。什么原因?连食物都是KLCC包,很贵。不好吃的云吞面 RM8.00,不好喝的咖啡 RM4.60。买咖啡时被没戴眼的撞,烫到我的手,还没当一回事。招待员也没理我,看着我,好像在埋怨弄脏地方。怎么这里的人都是那样?我才是受害者!礼貌上也该问我需要帮忙吗,然后再把咖啡加。人啊!天啊!人啊!

回途的路上,遇见十连环车祸,唉。。。请小心驾驶。。。人啊!

今天每人的收获不错,可口袋很错。。。


P/S ‘烂’ 有文化


Finally I able to make it to the book fest@ Malaysia 2009, today is the last day.

On the way to KLCC, the car in front of us hit an unidentified object, and the blood splash on the mirror, disgusting. I think should buy lottery for the 'blood'. Do you know 'blood' is what number? haha.

Book fest @ malaysia 2009 is much different from past. Books are lesser and foods too. The cafeteria is run by KLCC, and it was very expensive. "Delicious" Wan Tan Mee cost RM8.00, and "premium" coffee cost RM4.60. Someone who doesn't wear his eyes hit on me while i'm with my coffee. Then the hot coffee pour on my fingers, hurt.....i didn't hear any sorry at all. Besides that, those waiter just looking at me, like blaming me for making the floor dirty. I'm the one who get hurt, aren't you should come and help me? and fill up the cup. human!!!! human being!!!! is that call human nature??? (human nature by Micheal Jackson is nice).

On the way back to Ipoh, we meet car accident, ten cars together.....please drive safe. think of yourself, think of others

Homegrown Pumpkin Soup 自耕南瓜汤


  • 300g pumpkin / 300g 南瓜
  • 3 cups of stock/ 3 杯上汤
  • 2 spoons of flour/ 2 匙面粉
  • 2 spoons of butter/2 匙牛油
  • 2 tablespoons of cream/ 2 匙奶油 (忌廉)
  • salt as desired/ 盐300g 
  1. Steam the pumpkin till cooked and soft. 把南瓜蒸熟,打烂,至滑。
  2. Then blend it till smooth. 将上汤,面粉,奶油,搅拌。
  3. Mix stock, flour, and cream in a pot. Heat the mixture, add in butter. 加热,加入牛油。
  4. Lastly, add in the pumpkin puree. Mix thoroughly. 最后,把南瓜加入,搅拌。加盐。
P/S To avoid coagulate of protein, please avoid to add the cream at high temperature. 别加入奶油当汤还热时,不然奶油里的蛋白质会凝固。

这个女人 The woman

第一日,这个女人说:“星期一,不如去你家看电视。”
first day, the woman say:" We go to your house, and watch tv programme on Monday evening?"

“好啊!”
"should be okay."

第二日,这个女人说:“星期一,不如去书展,好吗?”
second day, the woman say:"How about we go to the book fair on Monday?"

“什么时候?”
"time?"

第三日,这个女人说:“不要去书展了,没钱。”
third day, the woman say:" I think don''t go to book fair, lack of vitamin M."

"哦。。。不要紧,反正我有节目。”
"alright. I have others plan too."

第四日,这个女人说 “星期一,还要去书展吗?”
fourth day, the woman say:" Do you want to go book fair on Monday?"

“。。。。。。(你决定了吗?)”
"..............(decided?)"

P/S 你(这个女人),扭扭拎,打你的股啊!女人是否就是那样的?应该吧! 我有一点,比这个女人好一点。哈哈哈!
Is it woman born with this kind of personality? i think yes. I'm kind of, a little, only little bit. Better than the woman. HA HA HA!

mugwort 斑叶艾蒿


Dear spunkz,

Mugwort is kind of herbs. It believed can relief menstrual pain. Its has long history in medication. I love this herbs very much. I try to search it when I was stay in connought last time, but pasar malam do not know what is it. I used buy it in ipoh. we called it '艾'.

Actually, the original recipe is suggest to use tarragon, but i totally do not know what is it. Then i search it on the web. Finally i know that tarragon is same genus with mugwort, and my house got it so i try it. From the book, tarragon (from French) is very strong taste and aroma. It usually use to make sauce.


Using mugwort, the outcome is- the aroma and taste not very strong (maybe i didn't add enough). By the way, I think basil, or parsley can give you the strong aroma.


Mugwort - Artemisia vulgaris

Uses: 1. mosquito repeller 2. steam bath 3.relief menstrual pain 4. heal bruises 5. use in ricecakes or noodles, dumplings, etc 7. relieve headache 8. Avoid intake huge amount while pregnancy



斑叶艾蒿

用途與近緣種用途區分:1.薰香,並可驅蟲。 2.可用於蒸氣浴。 3.調經,緩和生理痛。 4.製成外敷薰蒸藥,可治療淤傷,風濕症痛風。 5.添加於米製糕點—艾草粿。 6.和入麵粉製成各式各樣的麵食--艾草麵,艾草水餃,饅頭。 7.民間偏方—艾草炒蛋可治療偏頭痛。 8.孕婦勿大量服用。

coffee cheese cake 咖啡猪屎


start from.... 开始。。。


first, prepared the base. pour melted butter into grinded digestive biscuit and flatten it in a cake pan, do not over pressed, to avoid it be too hard.
先准备底。将溶化的牛油倒入饼干碎,混和,压平,在盘里。不要太用力。



melt coffee and gelatin using hot water. beat yolks, sugar, cream cheese togather till smooth, set aside. whipped fresh cream till stiff. after that, fold in the batter into whipped cream.
用热水将咖啡和鱼胶粉一起溶。将蛋黄,糖,芝士打至滑,加入咖啡, 放一旁。把奶油打起,然后倒如芝士,拌匀。




finally, pour the batter into the pan (with biscuit base) and chill for 2 hours to allowed it set. 最后,倒入盘里,冷藏两小时。
