Fruity cereal | 水果穀


Start the day with fruity breakfast, awake your colon and fresh your mind

ingredient
natural yogurt (no sugar added), mango or any other fruit you like, granola, honey

1. just diced the fruit
2. then add honey to the yogurt (as desire)
3. pour yogurt over fruit and put granola. You can eat now


清爽的早餐,吃了,好便便

原味酸奶(無糖),芒果或其它, 格兰诺拉麦片,蜜糖

1。水果切粒
2。原味酸奶加蜜糖 (依個人口味)
3。倒酸奶在水果上,再加格兰诺拉麦片。來個清爽的早餐
