Pineapple chicken salad | 鸡肉凤梨沙拉
Ingredient |料
1/2 cans of pineapple 半罐罐头凤梨
1 whole chicken breast meat 一块鸡胸肉
2 stalks of celery 两瓣茜芹
1 teaspoon of lemon juice 一茶匙柠檬汁
1 teaspoon if sugar 一茶匙糖
ground black pepper 黑胡椒
salt 盐
2 tablespoon peanut 两汤匙花生
3 tablespoon mayonnaise 三汤匙美乃滋
- sprinkling some black pepper and salt on both side of chicken breast meat
- pan fried it and set aside allowed to cool, then cut in cube
- cut pineapple, celery in cube
- add lemon juice and sugar into the mayonnaise
- then mix mayonnaise, pineapple, celery, peanut, chicken breast meat together
- ready to serve
- 鸡胸肉洒上些黑胡椒和盐,两面。
- 把肉煎熟,待冷,切成小方块,备用
- 把凤梨与茜芹切成小方块
- 柠檬汁和糖加进美乃滋
- 把柠檬汁和其它材料拌匀
- 可上桌了
