Vanilla pods butter cake | 香草子蛋糕

Try another recipe today, the outcome is satisfied and the method is easy. The cake is moist and buttery.
今日试新方式,即简单又好吃。蛋糕很松软,带香香的奶油味。


Ingredients | 料

150g flour | 面粉
160g butter | 牛油
120g sugar | 糖
3.5g baking powder | 发粉
1 tsp vanilla pods | 香草子
50ml milk | 鲜牛奶


  1. heat the milk (not boil), then add in vanilla pods, heat for another 1 or 2 minutes. then set aside for cooling

  2. mix all dry ingredients thoroughly

  3. mix wet ingredients with another bowl

  4. add butter and half of mixturee of wet ingredient to the dry ingredients

  5. beat until flour be fully moisten, beat for 1 to 2 minutes

  6. add in the remaining ingredients into 2 parts

  7. pour in a 8" x 4" loaf pan when done

  8. bake at 180 degree Celsius for 45- 50 minutes (use stick to poke in the middle, if the cake is cooked, the stick should be dry when taking out)

  1. 把鲜牛奶煮,温热就好(不要沸腾),然后放香草子,再煮1-2 分钟。放一旁,待冷备用
  2. 先混和干材料
  3. 另外,混和湿材料
  4. 将牛油和一半的湿材料倒入干材料里,然后搅打至粉粒均匀湿透, 再搅打1-2 分钟
  5. 之后,将剩余的湿材料分两次加如,搅打均匀
  6. 倒入8" x 4" 烤盘
  7. 180 摄氏,烤45- 50 分钟(用牙签或类似的查入中间,如熟了,牙签拿出时应该是干的)
