spicy tofu with leek | 蒜炒辣豆腐


Ingredients
tofu, leek, prawn, chili powder, 2 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, half cup water, pepper, 1 teaspoon corn starch

虾仁,豆腐,蒜,辣椒粉,2汤匙酱清,1茶匙麻油,胡椒,1茶匙芡粉,半杯水

1. pan fried leek, then add in prawn, stir fried for 2 minutes
2. mix soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, corn starch into water. Then put into the pan.
3. cook for 2 minutes, then add in tofu and chili powder. cover and cook for another 10 minutes.

1. 炒香蒜,然后加虾仁,炒两分钟
2. 将酱清,麻油,胡椒,芡粉放进水,拌匀。倒入锅。
3.两分钟后,放豆腐,辣椒粉。上盖再煮十分钟。
