The shop actually is serving vegetarian meal. I found out when I have my first bite of meal. I'm not realized 
that as I didn't see any notice. It's a nice place for teatime and snack.

这是素食店。吃了第一口才发觉,也没发现有什么告示。来这喝杯茶,吃些小食还不错。

nice salty-egg smell, my favourite. Chili and curry leave along with the deep fried, enhance the aroma.
咸蛋很多,好香好好吃,也很脆。放辣椒和咖哩叶一起油炸,味道特香。

Baby Tofu RM 8.80 宝贝豆腐

self made tofu, smooth and nice. Taste is good, not bad.
自家豆腐,很滑,味道适中。

Pork rib is good but sadly today's pork has too much fat meat.
味道是不错的,只是今天的猪骨太肥了。

Dreamz Bakery, Kota Damansara | 梦梦烘焙店,Kota Damansara


Dreamz Bakery is a small shop serving bakery products. There's just four to five tables in the shop, kitchen take half of the place, quite a clean kitchen they have. Dim light and relaxing song make this cozy place, simple decoration around, most is handmade.

梦梦烘焙店是我翻译的,它是没有华文招牌的。店的面积不大,只有四五张桌子,厨房占了一半,蛮干净的厨房。温和的黄灯和轻松的歌曲是这里的环境,摆设简单,都是一些手做品。

I was plan to have breakfast here, but sadly no bread serve today, end up with dessert as breakfast
来吃个早餐,那知今天没面包,只有蛋糕,就蛋糕做早餐,没办法。

They have self-made sponge fingers in it. Taste is okay. I prefer to have more coffee and alcohol taste

Is a nice place to visit. I'll be visit again to try others cake or maybe order a whole cake.

Naengmyeon in cold soup, mustard and vinegar was given to add the taste
冷面,备芥末和醋

This is a cold noodle, top with shredded cucumber, seaweed and half hard-boiled egg. It's taste simple and fresh before adding anything. After add in mustard and vinegar, taste spicy and sour, and cool too, does help in appetite.

韩式冷面,料有黄瓜丝,紫菜和半颗熟蛋。汤是清请的,加了芥末和醋,辣辣酸酸,冷冷的,蛮开胃

I think fried rice cake is Korean common dish. Rice cake texture is chewy and plain. Sauce used is spicy and sweet. Besides that, many vegetables added.

我想炒年糕是韩国一般的菜肴。年糕本身嚼劲,没什么味道。用来炒年糕的酱倒很重口味,甜甜辣辣的,里头的蔬菜也不少

猪骨汤 + 饭

I love pork bone soup. I love this as I can taste the pork is in the soup. Though it look red but not it doesn't too hot or spicy like kimji soup, again is bit sour. Korean cuisine most is sour and spicy. The portion is big. There's two whole potatos in the soup, and few bone which still attached with meat. I wonder how can one person finish up.

最爱猪骨汤。看来好像很辣,其实是小辣,小酸,没泡茶汤那浓浓的味道。韩国餐都离不开辣和酸。汤好喝,尝到猪肉的香甜味。蛮大份的,里头有两颗马铃薯,还有带肉的猪骨。一个人吃不完。

Bulgogi served with glass noodle served with bowl of rice
烤牛肉冬粉 + 饭

The most lovely part is the glass noddle. It is because glass noodle at the bottom absorb all the flavourful sauce, the Bulgogi taste, the sweet onion, the seasoning, etc.

最好吃的是烤牛肉下面的冬粉。冬粉吸取了所有的酱汁和烤牛肉的味道,实在很好味。

忘了价钱。以上大概花了RM200++,六人

clam soup | 啦啦汤


Ingredients
250g clam, leek, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, white wine, olive oil

250g啦啦,大蒜,洋葱,蒜头碎,芫茜,盐,胡椒,白酒,橄榄油

1. pour some oil into the pot, then add in leek, onion, chopped garlic, stir fried
2. when leek is cooked, put in clam and 2 tablespoon of white wine. minutes after, add in 3 bowl of water, cover
3. cook for 5 to 10 minutes
4. then add salt and pepper as desired, and add 2 tablespoon white wine 
5. add in parsley before serve


1. 汤锅里放橄榄油,把大蒜,洋葱,蒜头碎炒
2. 大蒜熟了后,放啦啦,放两汤匙白酒。炒几分钟,倒入三碗水,盖锅
3. 煮五到十分钟就可以了
4. 最后,加盐和胡椒调味,再加两汤匙白酒
5. 享用时,加芫茜

egg & bacon breakfast | 蛋,培根早餐

basic bolognese sauce added with button mushroom and black fungus
black fungus is suitable for cooking as it tasteless, thus do not worry about the outcome when add into Italian dish. Moreover it provide crunchy mouth feel 

蕃茄肉醬加入蘑菇和云耳
云耳没味道的,所以容易和其它配搭。加入意式菜肴不会是问题。云耳脆脆的,为菜肴加点口感


Note: do not overcook black fungus or it will become soggy and bad texture.
black fungal believed aim in promote blood circulation and lower cholesterol

云耳不能煮太久,不然会软绵绵的,不好吃
云耳有助于血液循环,减低膽固醇

bacon cheese thick toast | 培根芝士厚面包


Ingredient
thick toast, tomato (sliced), Chinese celery (only leave), soft cheese, garlic, black pepper, salt, olive oil, bacon (pan fried)

厚面包,番茄 (切片),芹菜叶,柔质芝士,蒜头,黑胡椒,盐,橄榄油,培根(煎)

1. toast the bread in the oven (since no bread toaster at home)
2. spread olive oil and rub garlic on the surface when it still hot
3. place tomato and Chinese celery, sprinkler some salt and black pepper  
4. place bacon (pan fried) and soft cheese. done.


1. 把厚面包烤
2. 趁面包还热时,涂些橄榄油,再用蒜头擦面包
3. 放上番茄片和芹菜,撒些黑胡椒,盐
4. 然后放上培根和芝士


Note:
garlic rub the toast really do the trick
蒜头擦面包很有用
