clam soup | 啦啦汤


Ingredients
250g clam, leek, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, white wine, olive oil

250g啦啦,大蒜,洋葱,蒜头碎,芫茜,盐,胡椒,白酒,橄榄油

1. pour some oil into the pot, then add in leek, onion, chopped garlic, stir fried
2. when leek is cooked, put in clam and 2 tablespoon of white wine. minutes after, add in 3 bowl of water, cover
3. cook for 5 to 10 minutes
4. then add salt and pepper as desired, and add 2 tablespoon white wine 
5. add in parsley before serve


1. 汤锅里放橄榄油,把大蒜,洋葱,蒜头碎炒
2. 大蒜熟了后,放啦啦,放两汤匙白酒。炒几分钟,倒入三碗水,盖锅
3. 煮五到十分钟就可以了
4. 最后,加盐和胡椒调味,再加两汤匙白酒
5. 享用时,加芫茜
