Stir-fried Tomato Egg | 番茄炒蛋


ingredient

3 eggs, 2 medium tomatoes, pepper, light soya sauce, chives, salt

1. cut tomato in 8 slides, then sprinkle some salt. Leave it for 2 hours so to remove some moisture. If can, stand for longer hours
2. whisk the egg lightly, then add in light soya sauce and some pepper
3. pour some cooking oil into the pan, heat it
4. saute the tomato first. after that, pour in eggs
5. stir fried tomato & eggs until egg is cooked
6. garnish with chopped chives



3 蛋,2 番茄,胡椒粉,醬清,青蔥, 鹽

1。把番茄分成八份,撒些鹽,待兩個小時,去水分。如果可以,時間長些會更好。
2。 把蛋稍微打攪,加入適量的醬清和胡椒粉
3。鍋加油,加熱
4。先把番茄炒一炒,然後加入蛋
5。炒到蛋熟了,香了,就可
6。撒上青蔥,上桌
