225g butter | 牛油
200g fine sugar | 砂糖
4 eggs | 鸡蛋
225g all purpose flour | 面粉
2g baking powder | 发粉
50ml milk | 牛奶
50g durian puree | 榴莲肉
1 tsp vanilla flavouring | 香草精
- Beat butter and sugar until ligth and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beating well before next addtion.. 将牛油与糖打起,加入一颗鸡蛋,搅至混和后才加另一颗。
- Add in flour and baking powder alternately with milk.加入面粉和牛奶,轮流地加入。
- After that, add in durian puree and vanilla. 然后放入榴莲肉和香草精。
- Bake for 35 to 45 minnutes at 180 degree celcius. 烤 35 到 45 分钟。
- Poke the cake in the middle by using tooth pick, if no nothing stick on it while taking out means it's cooked. 用牙签戳在蛋糕中部,拿出来时没有东西粘上,就代表蛋糕熟了。
