Beet Root Soup | 生熟地汤


Today is the beet root on the menu
今日主角是生熟地



Ingredient | 料

beet root 生熟地
carrot 红罗卜
onion 洋葱
garlic 蒜头
lean meat or bones 瘦肉或骨


cut all ingredient into small piece, then out into boil water, cook for 2 to 3 hours
将所有材料切块,然后放进烧水里,煮两至三小时


wash the meat/ bones by using boiling for 5 minutes and run with cool water
肉/骨记得要汆水

everything go red
全都被染红了

3 hours later, Beet Root Soup 
三小时后,生熟地汤
