Ingredient: watercrest, ginger, red chili, onion, garlic
saute ginger, red chili, onion and garlic in a oil heated pan
then add in water crest
mean while stir together water (3 tablespoon), light soya sauce (2 teaspoon) and pinch of salt in a small bowl until salt dissolve.
then add in to the pan and cover for 2 minutes
uncover and cook for another 5 minutes or till tender
ready to served
