baked mussel with onion | 洋葱青口


ingredients
mussels, one big red onion, 2 clove garlic, black pepper, parsley, salt, olive oil 


青口,一颗洋葱碎,两瓣蒜头碎,黑胡椒,芫茜,盐,橄榄油


1. chop onion and garlic, mix together. sprinkler some black pepper and salt.
2. then spread it on the mussel, put some parsley on top. 
3. some olive oil on each mussel. Place in oven, bake for 5 minutes , 180 degree Celsius

1.将洋葱碎, 蒜头碎, 黑胡椒, 盐拌一起
2.然后,铺在青口上,再放芫茜
3. 洒上橄榄油,烤五分钟,180摄氏


** baking time depend on size of the mussel
烤的时间在于青口的大小
