egg & walnut salad | 核桃蛋沙律

after CNY big meal, I found this nice low calories meal, still keeping me full and enough nutrient
新年大餐后,是时候来点美味又低卡路里的,营养丰富的

ingredient
lettuce, baked potato, walnut, egg, Parmesan cheese (optional)

dressing
3 tablespoon of virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, add salt and sugar to taste, and some pepper. 

生菜,烤马铃薯,核桃,蛋,帕马森干酪 (随意)

3汤匙橄榄油,1汤匙醋,加盐和糖调味,还有胡椒粉
