Avocado Black Sesame Walnut | 鳄梨黑芝麻核桃

I like this quick, light and full breakfast. Fluid food on the empty stomach feel good. If that cup of shake not enough for you, still can have some light solid food.

又快,又饱,又不腻的早餐。空肚吃流质食品,感觉比较舒服。如不饱,吃个苹果或些轻淡的。


ingredient
half avocado (small), 1 spoon black sesame walnut powder (grounded), 2 spoon black bean powder, 2 spoon oat, 1 teaspoon honey, 400 ml of water

step
mix all ingredients and blend


半个小鳄梨(牛油果),两匙黑豆粉,一匙黑芝麻核桃粉,两匙麦片,,一小匙峰蜜,四百毫升水

把全部材料倒入搅拌机,搅拌。
