Roti Canai



1) All purpose flour, sugar, salt, margarine, water. Mix all ingredients and knead to form dough.


2) Make it into round shape, cover it and allowed to rest for 10 minutes. After that, devide into small portion, round it, coat with magarine and cover to rest for another 30 minutes.

3) Streching it by flip , flap, flip and flap till a layer of thin sheet obtained. Make it into the following shape.


4) Let it rest awhile. Flatten it with palm as the picture show below





5) Now put on the hot pan and fry it till golden brown





6) Roti canai is ready to be serve finally. Suggest to be serve with curry chicken or any others you like
