The alarm fail to wake me up again, thus rushing prepare lunch box. Not much time, so Prego was used, simple dish, taste is okay. Preparation time just 15 minutes. Lazy lunch box.
今天又迟起床了,所以匆忙地为自己准备午餐盒。因没时间,只好用罐头面酱,简单煮,味道还好。只用了十五分钟。这算是懒人餐盒。
Ingredients | 料
Prego mushroom cabonara | Prego 奶油蘑菇酱
corn | 粟米
sesame | 芝麻
prawn | 虾
bean noodle | 粗豆签
Procedures
1. Heat up pan, add oil. 把锅热,加油。(对,要加油,你也加油)
2. Add in corn, then follow by sesame. 将粟米爆香,加入芝麻。
3. Then add in Prego sauce as desired, lastly would be prawn. 然后加入奶油蘑菇酱,虾。
4. When cooked, mix with bean noodle. 当虾熟了,拌入豆签。
5. Yummy lunch box. 美味便当。
P/S Sesame seed enhance the flavour and good for your hair too. 芝麻增香味,还能为头发进补。
