- boil one pot of water. 汤锅放水,烧热。
- blanch the chicken breast meat before put in the pot. 先把鸡胸肉烫热水,才放进汤锅里。
- after puting the meat, wait for boiling, then put in radish and mushroom. 放进肉,待水滚后,放白罗卜和香菇。
- cover with lid and boil for another one hour. 盖锅,煮一个小时。最后放芫茜。
