Tea time at Purple Cane, Ipoh | 紫藤喝茶,怡保

Chinese steam bun: sweet potato (up); grains (bottom)
Nice steam bun. tender ans soft, gluten effect always the best texture of the bun.

番薯馒头 (上);谷馒头(下)
口感不错的馒头,柔软也不失嚼劲。

Chicken with tea gravy
Sorry for I can't recall the exact name. It's a roast chicken with gravy which made of tea. Sweet and sour taste, tomato-liked flavour.

红烧茶鸡
忘了正确的名字。这是烤鸡配甜酸酱汁,酱汁有茶的成份,有点像番茄酱汁。
