rice | 白饭
luncheon meat (cubed) | 午餐肉(切粒)
egg | 蛋
chopped onion | 洋葱(切粒)
diced garlic | 蒜 (碎)
parsley | 芫茜
- pan fried rice with one tablespoon oil until each rice is separated and set aside. 用一汤匙油把白饭炒,好让每粒饭都分开,放一旁
- sauté luncheon meat, onion and garlic together till light brown. 把午餐肉,洋葱,蒜一起爆香。
- then mix rice in and fried for few minutes, add in egg, fried again till egg is cooked. 加入饭炒一炒,然后加蛋,再炒至熟。
- lastly add in parsley. 最后放芫茜
P/S luncheon meat is kind of salty, salt no need to be added if you do not like heavy taste. 午餐肉都蛮咸的,可以不加盐如果不爱重口味
