luncheon meat fried rice | 午餐肉炒饭


ingredient | 料

rice | 白饭
luncheon meat (cubed) | 午餐肉(切粒)
egg | 蛋
chopped onion | 洋葱(切粒)
diced garlic | 蒜 (碎)
parsley | 芫茜

  1. pan fried rice with one tablespoon oil until each rice is separated and set aside. 用一汤匙油把白饭炒,好让每粒饭都分开,放一旁
  2. sauté luncheon meat, onion and garlic together till light brown. 把午餐肉,洋葱,蒜一起爆香。
  3. then mix rice in and fried for few minutes, add in egg, fried again till egg is cooked. 加入饭炒一炒,然后加蛋,再炒至熟。
  4. lastly add in parsley. 最后放芫茜

P/S luncheon meat is kind of salty, salt no need to be added if you do not like heavy taste. 午餐肉都蛮咸的,可以不加盐如果不爱重口味
