Chickpea Lentil Soup | 鹰嘴豆+ 扁豆湯


Ingredient

half bowl chickpea, half bowl lentil, 1 chicken breast meat, 1 onion, 2 clove garlic

Soak chickpea and lentil for half day (or soak it night before)
Cut chicken breast meat into small pieces
Roughly chop the onion and garlic
Pot fill with 3 L of water
When the water boil, add all ingredients in
Bring it to boil again, for one hour , then turn to medium heat and cook for another  hours



半碗鹰嘴豆,半碗扁豆,1 块鸡胸肉,1颗洋葱,2瓣蒜头

先把鹰嘴豆扁豆泡半天 (前一晚准备也行)
把鸡胸肉切小块
洋葱,蒜头切小
煮3L 水,水滚后,放进所有材料
再滚1小时,然后中火煮3小时
