Mushroom Omelet | 香菇煎蛋

ingredient : mushroom, cowpea, garlic, shallot 
料:香菇,豇豆,蒜头,小葱

saute garlic and shallot , then add in mushroom and cook. when mushroom is soften, put in cowpea, add some salt/ light soya sauce. when cooked, then keep aside.
slightly beat the egg prior pour on flat bottomed pan. 
when its partially cooked, put all ingredients on the egg, then fold it.


爆香蒜头,小葱,加入香菇。
香菇软了,放豇豆,然后加盐/酱清调味。熟了,起锅备用.
将蛋发,倒入平底锅,当半熟时,放进所有材料, 然后把蛋折。
