chicken with red amaranth | 彩苋菜鸡

300g red amaranth, 6 chicken drumsticks (cut in big pieces), 1 carrot (cut in small pieces) , 2 stalks of celery (cut in small pieces), 1 big onion (chopped) , 2 clove garlic (chopped), olive oil, 240ml whipping cream, salt and pepper, 2 cups of chicken broth

300g 彩苋菜, 6 只鸡腿(块),1 条罗卜块),2 瓣西芹切小块,1颗大洋葱(碎),2瓣蒜头(碎),橄榄油,240ml 鲜奶油, 盐和胡椒,2杯鸡汤

1. pour olive oil in the hot pan, put in onion, garlic, celery and carrot. Add 1 cup of chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. 
2. After cook, remove from pan and set aside.
2. pan fried chicken with olive oil for about 5 minutes then add in step 1 ingredients and remaining chicken broth. 
3. Cook for another 10 minutes then add in red amaranth. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked. 

1. 橄榄油炒罗卜,西芹,洋葱,蒜头。然后加一杯鸡汤,煮十五分钟。加盐和胡椒调味。
2. 盛起备用
3. 用橄榄油把鸡块炒五分钟,加入刚才的材料,和其余的鸡汤。
4. 煮十分钟,放进苋菜,盖锅煮二十分钟,或至熟
