shrimp paste fried egg | 虾酱炒蛋


ingredient
2 eggs, A [1 onion, 1 clove garlic (chopped), 2 teaspoon shrimp paste (Cincalok), parsley]

2 粒蛋,A [1颗洋葱,1瓣蒜头,2茶匙虾酱 (Cincalok),芫茜]


1. saute shrimp paste and garlic
2. add in onion, pan fried for 10 minutes. then take out and set aside
3. beat the egg and fried in a hot pan.
4. when cooked, add in ingredient A
5. fried for another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.

1. 把虾酱,蒜头碎炒香
2. 加入洋葱, 炒香,大概十分钟。然后起锅备用。
3. 把蛋打发,倒入热锅炒
4. 蛋熟后,放进 A料
5. 炒五到十分钟,起锅。


P/S salt or light soya sauce is not using because shrimp paste is quite salty.
注:虾酱的盐份高,所以没加盐或酱清
