Potato & Carrot Patty | 罗卜薯饼


i prepare myself a high quality (full of nutrients) breakfast today, carbo, vitamin, protein, fat, minerals all in one patty 
来个营养早餐,碳水化合物,维生素,蛋白,脂肪,膳食礦物質,全在一个罗卜薯饼里


ingredient | 料

2 potato,  half carrot, half onion, 2 mushroom, parsley, pepper, chili powder, quarter chicken breast meat, 1 egg

2马铃薯,1/2萝卜,1/2洋葱,2香菇,芫茜,胡椒粉,辣椒粉,1/4鸡胸肉,1颗鸡蛋


procedure | 步

1. cut potato and carrot into thin strip, slide the onion, chop parsley and mince the chicken breast meat
罗卜,马铃薯,洋葱切丝, 芫茜切碎,鸡胸肉也是

2. mix all ingredients together then add chili powder (1 teaspoon), pepper and salt as desired. add in one egg too, mix well
将所有材料倒在一起,加入辣椒粉(一茶匙),适量的胡椒粉,盐,然后加蛋,拌匀

3. heat the non stick pan, add some olive oil
平底锅加热,放进橄榄油

4. spoon 2 tablespoon into the oil heat pan for one patty, 1 tablespoon if prefer smaller size
放两汤匙的料在平底锅,如喜爱小块的,就放一汤匙

5. lightly press it to flatten, when the bottom is cooked and golden brown, flip and cook another side.
然后,轻轻压,压平。煎到熟透,呈金黄色,就可以翻过来,煎另一面

6. cook until the both side is golden brown
两面都呈金黄色,就行了

7. serve with chili or tomato sauce, yummy
吃时,占些辣椒酱或番茄酱
